Kittens

Our kittens are only send to approved homes and this includes a contract.

The cost for a pet kitten is R8 600. A non-refundable deposit of R6 000 is required when finally booking a kitten, but only after they were born. No deposits in advance please.

The price includes the following: neutering/spaying, inoculations, de-worming, micro-chipping, blood tests for feline aids and feline leukaemia (the vet will provide a certificate regarding the outcome of this tests), registration, transfer of ownership. The new owner also receives an original pedigree signed by us and the registrar of the South African Cat Council.

When the new owners receive their kittens they only have to take it in for a follow up rabies inoculation and removal of stitches after neutering/spaying.

This exclude: shipping, transport to airport and a pet carrier.

[Estimate regarding the above: flight charges (±R250), transport (R350), carrier (±R300)]

Kittens only go to their new homes at the age of 3 calendar months (not 12 weeks).

Tips When Buying A Kitten

We had so many enquiries about kittens people bought from "breeders" and there are so many scams going on, so we decided to ad this section to our website.

No matter what breed kitten you want to buy, there are some basic things you need to know before buying a kitten:

(1) Ask the breeder at which federation/council they are registered and follow that up on the internet. All the federations/councils will have a list on their websites regarding the registered breeders.
(2) Try to visit as many catteries as possible. That way you will be able to see where the cats live and how they are socialised.
(3) Don't be hasty and trust your instinct.

There are so many fantastic people out there that purchased a bengal kitten from us. We would like to thank you all for the feedback and photos. Friendships are built and we believe that is why pets are given to us - to bring us together.

We, as humans, are so caught up in our daily routine, but our cats keep us grounded and remind us why we need to be ourselves and need to take life at a slower pace.

Enjoy your bengal! They are truely unique!
As someone so boldly said : "Cats leave paw prints on your heart, bengals leave love spots on your soul."
